Hawkes Bay Netball is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Venue Convenor to join our team. As a Venue Convenor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our netball events and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and pack-down of venues for Netball games and events
- Coordinate with teams, officials, and volunteers to ensure schedules run smoothly
- Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event
- Provide excellent customer service to players, coaches, and spectators
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Passion for Netball and community sports
- Availability on weekday evenings
